Optinuity Announces New Executive Hires; Positions Itself for Future Growth
Bruce Olson, Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, and Angela Tandy, Vice President of Marketing, Bring a Combined 34 Years of Experience in High Technology Solution Sales to Optinuity
BETHESDA, Md. – Aug. 6, 2007 – Optinuity, Inc., a provider of an enterprise-wide platform that enables corporate IT departments to automate all of their production processes, today announced two new additions to its executive team. Bruce Olson has been appointed vice president of strategy and business development, while Angela Tandy has been named vice president of marketing. Olson and Tandy are both technology industry veterans with deep experience in critical areas necessary for growing and expanding Optinuity’s business.

Prior to joining Optinuity, Olson was vice president of technical services, sales and sales operations at Visual Networks, a supplier of WAN management hardware and software. Prior to Visual Networks, Olson held various technical positions in both the financial and educational sectors and helped dozens of Fortune 500 customers meet their IT service delivery requirements as a consultant with large government IT contractors such as SAIC.
Angela Tandy most was most recently vice president of marketing at Visual Networks. Prior to that, she served as president of the Baltimore -Washington Venture Group and worked as assistant director at the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship. There she assisted early-stage technology companies in the Washington D.C. area, helping them raise venture capital investment and creating overall marketing strategy, including positioning and messaging elements.
