Optinuity Names Christopher Fountain to its Board of Directors

President and CEO of SecureInfo Brings 20 Years of Experience Running Global Operations at Infrastructure and Application Software Companies to Optinuity’s Board

BETHESDA , Md. – July 16, 2007 – Optinuity, Inc., a provider of an enterprise-wide platform that enables corporate IT departments to automate all of their production processes, announced today that it has named Christopher Fountain to its board of directors. Fountain is currently president and CEO of SecureInfo, a company that delivers information assurance solutions to the federal government and related agencies.

“Chris Fountain has a demonstrated track record of leading and growing IT solutions businesses,” said Optinuity’s CEO, Scott Stouffer. “He significantly accelerated revenue growth at each of the organizations he has headed, and also brings strong experience in IT solution sales to the federal government sector. His presence is a valuable addition to the collective expertise of the board of directors, and we look forward to reaping the benefits of his knowledge and vision going forward.”

Prior to joining SecureInfo, Fountain headed global operations for a number of organizations headquartered in the United States and the United Kingdom, including KW International, Digital Paper, POMS Corporation and Datalogix International.

“Although many organizations have deployed at least some form of IT automation, there remains vast potential for further IT process automation to transform and improve business operations,” Fountain said. “In order to realize their true potential, organizations need to view IT automation as a strategic solution that is applicable across the entire spectrum of IT production processes. Optinuity provides the only complete solution that dramatically improves IT efficiency across an entire organization.”
